Method
Most tools hand you a number. We show where it comes from: the real sales we kept, the ones we discarded, and how confident the identification is.
A price means nothing until the object is recognised. Identification comes before valuation, never the other way round.
Every estimate rests on dated, sourced comparable sales — and we also show what was set aside.
When an object cannot be identified reliably, we say so — and the analysis is not charged.
